Shelby is wearing a three-piece set, including a floral blouse with leg-o-mutton sleeves, made from vintage cotton. The high neck top also features a lace "scarf/tie" with a faux pearl button in the center. The shamrock green skirt in cotton corduroy has a faux placket, metallic gold buttons and inverted pleats at the sides for just the right amount of volume. The tights are in the same shade of goldenrod yellow as the skirt placket and waistband, and the lace "scarf" of the blouse.

This set features both machine and hand stitching. The blouse fastens with two snaps in the back and the skirt with one.
