Holly is wearing a handmade top and skirt set. The top is made of vintage black shiny polyester knit and features a high collar and and a heat set bow graphic in pink glitter vinyl. The skirt is made of a vintage multi-coloured metallic print fabric with black flocking. The skirt has a faux placket and decorative black buttons, a gathered waist and coordinating waistband.

The pieces feature both machine and hand stitching; the top fastens with two snaps in the back and the skirt with one.
